Various Artists - Oi! It's Streetpunk

Helen Of Oi! was one of the few labels paying attention to the new Oi/Punk bands in the 90's. This compilation is far from being perfect, still there are some gems to dig.

23 tracks by nine different bands including standouts from Oxymoron, Braindance, Another Mans Poison & Pressure 28. Worth your time.

Tim,
Love the blog. Couple of days later you did a Nightingales post which I thought odd cos I was ripping the singles comp of theirs the night I found your blog.
Very likely spent an evening or 2 in your company if you spent much time in TJ's during that period. Known Dean since we were snotty young uns on the streets of Ebbw Vale. I'll be a frequent visitor at yours I can see.

@ Dave,
It does unpack i've just tried it.
If you right click, then go extract files, then go to the advanced tab and pick option 'do not extract paths' it will work for you. Let me know how you get on. If you still struggling we'll stick up another link or something.

@ Jeronyme
Bloody great comp by the way.

Hey Bernard, how's it going butt. No Punk Rock in Colchester then? Anti Nowhere League 'sposed to be playing again on Friday. They cancelled last time. Apart from that it's a bit quiet. You down over x-mas? We'll have to go for a pint.

howdy Jeronyme. sorry to come crash your blog.

saw your comments regarding Terminal Cheesecake on this page recently...
http://rarepunk.blogspot.com/2008/02/terminal-cheesecake.html

specifically hoping to download the Terminal Cheesecake live recording from London 1991. the download links you kindly provided have expired.

if you could point me in the right direction to find this recording or perhaps provide a new download link it would be fab.

be good.
